Scope - The goal and mission of the project. Were the tasks involved in the projected what were agreed upon in original Brief or did you allow additional tasks to be added to the project? If so did this cause the project deadline to slip? Etc.
Time - Did you feel as if this project was alloted enough time to produce a quality product? How much time did you spend on this project. What was the time span in days, with the corresponding begining and ending dates.
Cost - Was the total time you spent representative of the project, or were there factors that added to increased time, or decreased time? Still dealing with time, but also put in factors such as stress and time spent away from other projects while completing this one.
